Heather was AMAZING to work with! As first time home buyers, we felt the process could not have gone more smoothly and attribute that to Heather! She was constantly available for any questions that we had and worked around our work schedules for showings. When we went under contract on our home, she was on top of every step of the process and made it SO easy and simple for us. We still say at least once a day how much we love our home and appreciate Heather for helping us find it! Heather is an Amazing person and a fun, sharp, tireless and savvy realtor! She had helped our daughter and son in law find their home over a quick weekend search when they moved to Lubbock in 2018. It was natural that we chose her to help us find our home when we decided to relocate to Lubbock as well. Because our circumstances were different from our kids', feeling the need to sell our home first in N Richland Hills, before buying one in Lubbock, and not even knowing when we would list it, Heather worked hard on our behalf! She even picked us up at the airport taking us to house hunt on 4 different trips over a 4 month period! She was always happy and prepared with multiple houses lined up to show us, willing to add more if we'd wanted to see additional ones, working with our changing arrival times. Heather encouraged us along this journey, as we weren't finding what we loved. She told us when we needed the house, ours would be here for us, and it was! She would greet us with water, snacks, and even accommodated showings when our kids and grandkids wanted to join us! Her advice through our offers with the seller, along with her work finding a great inspector and title company was all very commendable. It didn't matter if it was day or night, we knew we could text questions and get quick answers back! Heather has continued to help us feel welcome in this new area by answering my requests for local info and referrals for services we need. I felt just as our kids did, that Heather became an instant friend! I'm very grateful to her for her fun, yet professional relationship which left us so happy with our entire experience of buying our home! I will recommend her to all!

She always went the extra mile and really sold the house like it was her own. I was extremely busy all the time and one time it was going to go below freezing she went late to my house and turned on the heat. She kept me informed of everything going on with positive and negative feedback. My father how is almost 80 was very involved in the process and she was so graceful and patient with all of us. Highly recommend. Personable, caring but strong and attentive. You will not be disappointed.

As first time home buyers who were living 20 hours away, Heather made the process so easy and enjoyable. When we arrived from out of town, we got straight to work and Heather was accommodating to our busy schedule. Her expert knowledge of the area made it so easy to make the right choice for us. After we left, Heather was in constant contact with us in the time leading up to our closing and even helped my parents complete our walk through when we were unable. She worked tirelessly on our behalf to ensure that everything was taken care of so when we finally did arrive, we could enjoy our home. Additionally, she stopped by our house 2 to 3 times a week to double check our home systems and our mail! Heather went above and beyond what we could have expected from a realtor and we know she will do the same for everyone she works for.

In life one never knows the actions one is doing now
will lead to another action 25 years later.To completely
change everything I had done for fifty years: my home,
my friends, and church.
God is good and He is faithful because Heather entered
my world. We discovered that when she was young and a new
mother she joined Community Bible Study. I was a leader in
this great group. Now, she was wonderful to work with as she gently
lead this mature person to selling her home.
Not many people would do everything Heather did to sell my
house, help me move, and then go to the Post Office to send
my mail to me in The Hills, Texas a month after I moved.
The best part for me was knowing that she had my best interest
first. We both love God and we love each other.
